You can make several chaat dishes at home; all you need are sev, masala chana, chutneys, vegetables, and chaat & seasoning spices. The blend of spices are needed add strong flavour to chaat dishes. You can use 100 GM Chat Masala or 100 GM Anardana Powder or 100 GM Amchur Powder in aloo chaat, aloo tikki, bhel puri, papdi chaat, sev puri, and samosa chaat. Use can either use 100 GM Jal Jeera or 100 GM Jal Jeera for making flavoured water to be filled in round and hollow puris, in addition to a mix of potatoes and chutney.
