You can easily make restaurant-style dishes at home by using blended spices. If you are not good at cooking, then you must keep a stock of these masalas in your kitchen pantry and use them while making pav bhaji chana, biryani, chicken, meat, pasta, sambhar or any other dishes. The spice mixes include ground spices in certain proportions. Sambhar Masala, for instance is a blend of lentils, fenugreek seeds, dry red chillis, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, etc. Many of the spice blends offered are originated from the Indian subcontinent. These blended spices are needed to make bland food flavourful and palatable. The whole spices are processed, blended, packaged and stored in-house. These are then distributed amongst the customers, which are mainly grocery stores and supermarkets.
