Shahi paneer is a paneer dish that has a creamy, thick gravy in which paneer cubes are added. This paneer dish is slightly sweeter as no whole spices are added to it. You just need paneer cubes, tomatoes, onions, cream, ground cashews and 100 gm shahi paneer masala for making this dish, which can be served with tandoor roti, butter naan or paratha. Vegetarians love to eat shahi paneer on occasions as well as weekends. This vegetarian delicacy can be made at home. The masala is a blend of spices, like coriander, cumin, chilli, black pepper, turmeric, clove, garlic, fennel seeds, curry leaf, etc.
