Dahi vada is an Indian street food that is refreshing and light on stomach. The colourful plate gives a perfect blend of sweet and spicy flavours. A vada (fritter) in a dahi vada is made from lentil. The vadas are dunked in dahi (yogurt). Then the spices are dusted, such as red chilli powder and cumin powder. Chutneys are added on the top.
